         • Bananas - 2
         • Acai Powder - 2 Tbsp
         • Chia seeds - 2 Tbsp
         • Hemp seeds - 3 Tbsp 
         • Coconut Water - 2 Cups 

          Directions:    Blend all ingredients together. Enjoy the smoothie!
          Serving:   3 Cups
