•Almond or other nut milk—1 cup
•Light coconut milk, optional (for a tropical flavor) - 1 Tbs

         • Acai Powder - 2 Tbsp
         • Chia seeds - 2 Tbsp
         • Hemp seeds - 3 Tbsp 
         • Coconut Water - 2 Cups 

          Directions:    Blend all ingredients together. Enjoy the smoothie!
